| PATA - BELLAVISTA While building a conference centre in Pata Rocambole came across vast unbuilt territories nearby and an old forest which had been there almost from the beginning of Pata. This triggered Rocambole's first large project, the Bellavista residential area. A mountain called Blueberry Hill and an unnamed river became the most prominent landmarks of the area which was divided into a Nordic and a Tropical zone. The entire Bellavista was soon filled up with luxurious leisure homes. |
